Service Description</h2>\n<p>Bio is a journaling and life-tracking application that allows users to record voice notes, write text entries, and organize them into a timeline. The app utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide transcription, rewriting, and feedback services.</p>\n<h2>4. User Accounts &#x26; Data</h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ownership:</strong> You retain ownership of all text, images, and audio you create or import into Bio (\"User Content\").</li>\n<li><strong>Privacy:</strong> Your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud container. We do not have direct access to your User Content.</li>\n<li><strong>Responsibility:</strong> You are solely responsible for the content you create and back up. We are not liable for any loss of data caused by device failure, software errors, or user action.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>5. Subscriptions &#x26; Payments</h2>\n<p>Bio offers a \"Pro\" subscription that unlocks additional features (e.g., iCloud Sync, AI Narrator).</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Billing:</strong> Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.</li>\n<li><strong>Auto-Renewal:</strong> Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.</li>\n<li><strong>Cancellation:</strong> You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>6. AI Features &#x26; Disclaimers</h2>\n<p>Bio integrates with third-party Artificial Intelligence providers (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) to assist with writing and transcription.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Accuracy:</strong> AI is an evolving technology and may produce inaccurate, offensive, or nonsensical outputs (\"Hallucinations\"). You should verify any AI-generated text before relying on it.</li>\n<li><strong>No Warranty:</strong> We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>7. Prohibited Conduct</h2>\n<p>You agree not to use Bio to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.</li>\n<li>Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>8.
